Our team of carefully selected Professional & Experienced Registered Nurses are located in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and throughout the Surrounding cities in the Valley. That means our nurses are readily available to deliver your customized Mobile IV Therapy to you in-Home, Office, ABnB, VRBO, or at your Hotel. We have over 50 years of combined experience working in various hospital departments-ICU, Neuro, Oncology and of course, the Emergency Room. Our RN’s are IV Hydration experts and will assess and create a Custom IV Hydration plan that’s right for you. They will do their best to make you feel comfortable and make sure you have a positive experience!
We are led and directly supervised by a highly experienced Arizona State Board licensed Medical Doctor that oversees the care provided to each client of Revitalize Mobile IV Hydration. In addition to creating IV Therapy plans and having developed protocols, he functions as a Mentor and Lead Physician.
